I ate daily. Drink water 3 big bottle daily. (1.5L per bottle). I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Im not much of a meat consumer but I believe I eat enough meat for a not so perfect but quite perfect diet. And I dont do diet as in those half anorexic people does. Diet here means balanced diet.
The conclusion from the above crapping is, Im stil sick I dont know why.
My throat was feeling a little bit sore few days before it turned out few days before as well I got sore throat. *how unsurprising*
Now, today, at this very moment, mucus starts to flow from my nose and I must assume my nose arent blocked.. The mucus just keep coming out and it hurt soo much when i cough.
I took medicine and i tried everything healthy.
Perhaps i should try the opposite. Minum cola, makan ice cream abc.
There's this phrase I heard from some wise guy whom i cant recall..
